When people do “how I style my curls” videos I am always astounded at the amount of products they use. Meanwhile all I do is occasionally oil my hair and get it wet to air-dry curl. Like, yeah I scrunch it… but all that gunk? I can’t stand when my curls feel crunchy or sticky or yucky. Idk man.
Last night I dreamed about running a tournament outside in a grassy park. Some player started vomiting blood and I escorted him to a festival style EMT tent and before he went in he looked at me and asked if he could still play in a later pool. I said I would see what I could do.
Finally watched the doomsday trailer. I am an easy-going comic nerd, I generally like most of the MCU - if it’s fun I am cool with it. I watch it all, enthusiastically. Genuinely: what the FUCK did I just watch ???
I really appreciate all the wierd (cool) people in the world who have exotic pet insects or reptiles and also film themselves cleaning the cages or whatever so kids can watch that stuff on youtube.
My hot take about why dudebros are big mad about Elliot Page in the Odyssey movie is because he got hella ripped for the film and looks more masculine with his shirt off than they do lmao.
I semi-forgot about this but during Evo in an elevator I overheard two guys talking & after 15-20 seconds I could NOT stop myself from blurting out “omg is it like that move Dude Where’s My Car??” and one of the guys looked me in the eye and said “YES and It’s a porsche!” The lost a rental Porsche!

terrible. 20 years ago, the internet was full of hobbyist blogs and forums. over time, these have been replaced by paywalled substacks and private discord channels, each a walled garden. google's decision to prioritize AI just makes it less likely people will create free, public info
