Had a dude on sniffies send me a face and body nude and I recognized him as one of the gays in our building. I replied in kind and said hey neighbor. I think he blocked me? Unfortunately for him I have no shame and will interact in person as if I haven’t seen your bits and bobs 🤣

Imagine being so disconnected from what’s going on in the real world that you think this was actually from yesterday when Mt. Hood is actually covered in wildfire smoke.
☁️ Yesterday evening, a giant hole suddenly opened in the clouds over Mount Hood, Oregon. Known as a Fallstreak Hole, this rare phenomenon forms when supercooled cloud droplets freeze into ice crystals, leaving behind a dramatic circular opening in the sky.
Everyone betting on the wildfires should be forced to suit up and fight them
Wyden and Merkley are urging federal regulators to crack down on prediction markets that allow users to wager on how long wildfires will burn and how much damage they will cause https://mrf.lu/2Zrth
I love that we can just hop on to Powell Blvd/Hwy 26 and in a little over an hour be surrounded by all this nature. #photography
Went out for a day in nature at the Wildwood Recreation area near Mt. Hood.
Bring that Pokémon card market to Pioneer Place and they’ll have foot traffic not seen Raising Cane opened up.

Kinda feel the need for some retail therapy either in the form of a new-to-me DSLR or another button up denim shirt. I don’t need either one but after the past couple week I’ve had I feel like I’ve earned a little something.
I stopped bike commuting to work a couple years ago for various reasons, but started again last month when the Tilikum was closed for a few days to bus traffic. And as I pack a whole other outfit into my backpack I’m now remembering one of the reasons I stopped doing this.
David got a box of Marvel play boosters from Wizards as part of doing card art for them so you can imagine how we’re spending our evening

Currently considering a camera upgrade from my D3100 to a D5200. It has over 3x the focal points and a swivel mounted screen- both would be a huge QoL improvement over my current camera. I’ve seen a few in good condition with low shutter counts for under $300 so it’s tempting.
From today's walk up to NW 21st/23rd and then back to downtown. Shot with my 50mm lens which was fine, but spent most of the day wishing I had my 35mm instead. #photography
Anyone else remember when there was an attempt to call NW 21st and 23rd “trendy first and trendy third” or am I the only one burdened with this knowledge?
Had a wild convo with some old lady on west burnside by Providence Park. She asked for a dollar because it was her birthday, pointed to the top of a high rise and said she lived up there, and then followed me across the street saying “drivers are shit so maybe they’ll hit you first”.
Bought poke bowls for the staff lunch and I think I’m giving up on seaweed salad. I’ve tried it various times and it’s the one thing I find myself enjoying the least.
@eldermillenial.bsky.social always posting cool street photography motivated me to actually take my camera with me as I walked around Astoria after work yesterday and grabbed dinner. I've been playing around with in camera recipes for burning JPEGs. I'm liking the look of this recipe.
I’m typically conflict adverse at work and will handle things in such a way (for better and for worse) that resolve a situation as neatly and quickly as possible. And then there’s days like today where I have to tell someone to do their job so the rest of us can do ours with little hassle.
