@mb21: I have a question: can the Forest work if you’ve got overwhelmingly junior developers in your team? Absolutely! Lean further into learning & experiments. You're going to miss a few demos. Impose relaxation, since they won't know how to regulate. A year in the Forest is better than a MS.
