One of my favorite things about NYC is that the entire fleet of NYC ferries was named by 2nd graders. I think about this every time my run takes me past the docks. Anyway, there are people who went to work this morning aboard The Tooth Ferry and the Ocean Queen Rockstar.

I don't think I've ever felt more like burning it all down than I have while witnessing the elite project to turn Zohran Mamdani and Brad Lander into scary, incompetent monsters while turning an actual incompetent monster, Andrew Cuomo, into a merely complicated fellow who just made an oopsie.

Trump is the president he said he would be. He’s always fawned over dictators. There’s just not a ton of room for surprise re: tariffs, targeting immigrants, LGBTQ rights, alignment w/ Putin, etc. But I have to say, I really, really thought cancer research might be a bipartisan interest.
