This morning I learned that eighties soul crooner Terence Trent D'Arby hasn't been known by that name for years; in October 2001 he announced 'Terence Trent D'Arby has died a noble death' and changed his name to one he'd dreamed six years earlier. It was a lot to take in, if I'm honest.
