Today marks six years since George Floyd was murdered by a police officer in Minneapolis. George was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His life mattered and he should still be here.
The tech bros gave us crypto currency that isn’t currency, artificial intelligence that isn’t intelligence, and prediction markets that are inside-trader scams. On the other hand, they have given us gigantic data centers that employ no one and destroy communities. So there’s that.

When we took office, NYC had a $12B deficit. Today it’s zero. And we didn’t close that gap on the backs of working people. We closed it while funding parks, libraries, safer streets, & public housing. Call it Pothole Politics or Democratic Socialism: We are government that delivers for the people.
Making the reflecting pool look like a cheap hotel hot tub has really helped me at the grocery store, at the pump, and it was a lifesaver for our children fighting a war of choice in Iran!

It was almost impossible for COVID to kill a healthy person. It was killing people who were already sick."
Congrats on “opening” a strait that was open six weeks ago, and all it cost was at least 13 dead service members, thousands of dead Iranian civilians, tens of billions in taxpayer dollars, our loss in global standing, and the Iranian regime’s increase in power. Phenomenal work.
