This is just a little over 30mins ago in front of Wheatley Education Campus, PK3-8th, where we’ve been pushing back against the NG and federal agents (FBI today) staging at and patrolling around our school. #FreeDC

In a city of our wealth, it’s only a “tough budget year” if we fail to ask those w/ capacity to INVEST to protect our residents!

The Senate passed a tiny, logistical fix for DC’s budget and President Trump endorsed it. Now the House is ignoring it, wrecking DC’s finances out of pure apathy. It’s unacceptable. The House must act.
