After bricking my #NixOS setup AGAIN I spend half the night getting it back. At the end I had to reinstall my config. Note to future me: MAKE SURE TO MOVE THINGS TO THE PERSISTENT DRIVE BEFORE REBOOTING! It would have saved you so much trouble… Alright now back to work. 🫠
After a lot of trial and error I finally get the hang of nix and NixOS again. My flake is nowhere near what I actually aim for, but at least I got to a point where I am able to “rebuild switch“ on the test machine instead of having to reinstall it 25 times, because I messed up disko.nix again. 🥹

The year is almost over. So while looking at all the things I achieved, there are still so many things left untouched. 🥲 Eh, guess I’ll just write another todo list for my todo lists at this point, just to keep track of them as they tend to grow faster than I’m able to complete any. 🫠 Whatever…
Helping other people with their modpacks and getting back into ZenScript and Python for a few custom tools feels weird after not touching both languages for almost 2 years. If only I could motivate myself enough to rewrite everything in GroovyScript. 🙃
Why do we have a billion different addons for Crafttweaker, only to still not achieve feature similarity with what Groovyscript can do by itself. 🙃
Wdym it’s already been two weeks since I last opened Bluesky? Time flies these days. 🫠 Being incredibly tired after work doesn’t help with making progress on my projects.
Juggling real life and programming all the time is such a pain. Just let me express my creativity, without having to work my ass off to pay my bills and keep living.

Can someone create an equivalent to bsky.app/profile/did:... for 1.12 content? Nothing against the newer versions, I just don’t have any interest in them (yet), but I would like to connect with devs that still target that specific version. 🙌🏻
