Somebody asked me on Reddit why people who use AI to generate Recomp projects are currently being rejected from the communities and what they can do to fix this. I might tweak parts of this to be a more general blog post at some point, but this should be of help to anyone in a similar situation.
everypony is posting their AI opinions so here's mine: a few years ago a prior job offered me to direct a game. i said yes (omg, dream come true?), then they started making AI concept art for it, so i left the company. if something needs GenAI to be made it's better for it to not exist at all.

free idea: game with a KEY ITEMS menu which is exclusively for steam keys for other games you can unlock on your adventure. works by pinging a database for the first unassigned key of a certain kind. you can play the other game for fun.
