#FeatureFriday My favorite track from @shopfiresmusic.bsky.social's "We Are Not There But We Are Here" is the opener "Stealing Groceries". It's a wonderfully relaxed and pretty song that is about class consciousness and poverty. It has a great arrangement and sets the mood of the album perfectly.

Okay, when I took a look at this last Bandcamp Friday I seemed to remember it as Black Metal. And while there are elements of Black and Death this is a very techy/proggy version of that. At times almost Avant Garde really. Quite wild stuff.
