I’ve been mostly stable, mood and psychosis-wise for several years, but a change of seasons is coming, which always brings some “roughening” at the very least, and I see my psychiatrist of 20 years for the last time this week. Add sick family members and work stress to that and it feels like a lot.
Listening to the new Paris Paloma album and I’m really into her lyrics and power-ballad vocals.
