Abdul won, but it was extremely close and he lost the biggest Black city in Michigan. Progressives think they understand "the Black vote" but it's very clear they don't. The progressive movement is picking up steam but they need to do a ton of work to understand the concerns of Black voters.
My dad was a pilot instructor for a certain supersonic commercial jet, and as I clean out his house for an estate sale, I keep throwing out old nav tools—"flight computers," flight estimators, paper flight maps. I assume that new pilots don't even bother learning how to use them.

Some of us remember when Bush II won allegiance from the Boomers' parents with these subsidies. They seemed to appreciate being given an extra hand with pulling the ladder up behind them. They kinda stopped caring about anything else he did. Wonder whether their children will notice the difference.

The FDA tested an item that was not on the original recall list and it was a false positive. The recalls are still in place.
Watching an NWSL game (Bay FC versus North Carolina), and the commentators on CBS Sports were praising a male coach for knowing how to work with women because "women are sensitive". It was a woman commentator saying this. Had to turn the game off. Guess that makes me sensitive.

lol I accidentally did millennial grey to a rental in 2012 by mixing paints that previous tenants left bc I was trying to save money and didn't want the other paint to go to waste. I think the "millennial grey" thing is hilarious. I think mine was great, esp bc my ex hated it and refused to help!

I have a better modest proposal. Pay them like surgeons, but they must also have the same level of subject-meter expertise and must recertify every few years. Add in housing, too, why not. But being a teacher should be a very competitive job to get.

The son of the man shot and killed by ICE: I am Ronaldo Salgado, the oldest son of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo. He should've been picking up the last of his guys before heading to finish up construction. Unbeknownst to all of us, my dad had been shot inside his van by ICE agents in unmarked cars.
What I wouldn't do to be raised by his parents. You know they're perfect. They have to be.

Would they have won if they were playing with a feeling of avenging injustice of the red card and with their backs against the wall and knowing they needed one more game to get Balogun back? Who can say! But it would have been a more fun game.
The definition of a true fan: You’d rather see your team lose fairly than win unfairly.
