I'm here to do two things: read lawsky posts and like Blacksky posts. No need to follow me back.

Abdul won, but it was extremely close and he lost the biggest Black city in Michigan. Progressives think they understand "the Black vote" but it's very clear they don't. The progressive movement is picking up steam but they need to do a ton of work to understand the concerns of Black voters.

Watching an NWSL game (Bay FC versus North Carolina), and the commentators on CBS Sports were praising a male coach for knowing how to work with women because "women are sensitive". It was a woman commentator saying this. Had to turn the game off. Guess that makes me sensitive.

lol I accidentally did millennial grey to a rental in 2012 by mixing paints that previous tenants left bc I was trying to save money and didn't want the other paint to go to waste. I think the "millennial grey" thing is hilarious. I think mine was great, esp bc my ex hated it and refused to help!

I hate generational talk and landlords as much as anybody but you're just being silly if you think millennials weren't very notably also doing this to their own homes as well

The son of the man shot and killed by ICE: I am Ronaldo Salgado, the oldest son of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo. He should've been picking up the last of his guys before heading to finish up construction. Unbeknownst to all of us, my dad had been shot inside his van by ICE agents in unmarked cars.

It is irresponsible of @usatoday.com to publish this press release without getting the extra reporting first. Is this how we're draining the national reserves? Who owns this company? Is this communism or oligarchy? Is ownership the only diff be this and NYC's city groceries? We need some answers.

The White House launched gas stations, it announced on July 7, but the prices aren't much lower than the national average. See where they're located.

It's so disappointing that anyone, esp Ball Knowers, thought that it was ok for our political leaders to throw their weight around just bc they didn't like that one red card. "We forgave the Astros." Who did? "The red card was wrong." Ok, go call your daddy next time something unfair happens to you.

“After it ended, the Belgian team’s social media account had a message to the U.S. on Twitter: “Overturn this.” Perfect. #WellPlayed #Belgium

My spouse just now: At least it's done. Me: [looks over glasses] Spouse: Like, we lost. Trump can't... Me: [puts down phone; looks up thru glasses] Spouse: No. He wouldn't. He can't, right? He's not gonna ask them to undo a loss. Me: [lifts one eyebrow; looks back down] Spouse: No. I... No.

Would they have won if they were playing with a feeling of avenging injustice of the red card and with their backs against the wall and knowing they needed one more game to get Balogun back? Who can say! But it would have been a more fun game.
