If you can imagine Maud Pie's version of dramatically sweeping everything off a desk, you can pretty much see the inside of my head atm while I'm staring at the top of my art desk, which is impossible to keep clear enough to use.
My plan while I was a zombie for the day was to read a book but I appear to be unable to visualize anything. I think I can literally do nothing and it sucks.
My primary rescue med for pysch is a med called olanizepine and it basically turns me into a zombie. I had to call into work because mentally Im just not present. I hate it but it does work.
