The tricky part of doing the RaC X TotTMNT thing is that I’m trying to stylize and heavily stylized art style, but making it look a little grimier and scratching, but my own art style gets in the way too 😆

There’s a famous saying in musical theater that goes like: "when words are not enough, you sing, and when singing no longer expresses the full length of the emotion, you dance." I watched the pro-shot of Hadestown, and I’ve never seen this saying demonstrated quite like that before in EPIC III.

I think about the choice Ratchet can make in QfB about whether to leave Morrow Caverns with or without Talwyn, and how it says more about Tal’s character than anyone else. You can abandon her stuck, fighting an big alien, let her fly back alone to Hoolefar, and she STILL stands by you. She’s crazy.

I managed to really be productive with this silly [ RaC x Tales of the TMNT ] project last week. I only have one left from the 2nd batch before I start posting (which will total 10 characters for now!) But here’s a WIP Ratchet for now!

I'll say one more thing: I wasted a TON of time hating myself and hating my art before I realized I could fight that and end up in a place of actually NOT EVER hating myself just because I was discontent with my art. I don't think it's okay to suggest that hating yourself is *necessary* for art

i’ll be honest, if I can’t buy the next RaC title physically, it’s a dealbreaker for me
