This is pure insanity on so many levels. He lives in a fantasy world. He is unwell & has lost touch with reality.
FYI: Blanche rescinded the ORDER establishing the slush fund, not the underlying “settlement.” The settlement says any changes must be agreed to by ALL parties, not just Todd. This “rescission” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.
Apple workers could have gotten $4 MILLION each over 8 years. Instead, Apple spent $650 BILLION on stock buybacks. Shareholders got rich. Workers got nothing. This isn't investment. It's theft. Tax the rich.
