What if EU governments are missing a unique opportunity to show solidarity when challenged from the outside? Genuine or manufactured, Ceuta’s migration crisis is a humanitarian emergency and a test of EU solidarity. The lives affected aren’t nobody’s concern while Meloni and Musk demonize them.
