@babachoo.bsky.social · 5mo agoWorking on a prototype for a Merchant game in a fantasy world. You play as the merchant, selling things to adventurers, but sometimes things get a bit rough and you battle/steal from each other! Does this seem compelling? #pixelart #gamedev #indiedev
First playtest tomorrow. I'm simultaneously super excited and petrified.
A more recent change we made to the Knight of the Golden Eclipse Insignia (the shield focused one) is that now when it takes damage, it builds up energy. On the first hit when full, it sends out a shockwave that can damage enemies and clear out some obstacles. #indiegamedev #indiedev #gamedev
