Just in case you're thinking you could make ALL toilets gender neutral - no you can't! You can have gender-neutral toilets, but only when it makes virtually no difference. Sensible policy-making for a normal country.

Apologies to my neighbours when I got to the 'you can always tell' part of this I just laughed so loud and went 'Oh my goodness'. She really went there...it's laughable. And may I remind you: completely unenforceable. No laws have changed at all. And they have to provide an alternative anyway.
