So another entry on my fooding out our restaurant menu from #BlackBloodofJoshua and this time its the "Settlers welcome"; a blue corn bread and cactus pear butter. And the cactus pear butter is amaaaaazing so amazing I'll put in the recipe (I just tweaked the Texas Roadhouse butter tho)

Today I tried to make the 'Devil strips" and cactus salad from Turtle and mines #BlackBloodofJoshua menu. The yucca fries were great fried, and dusted in a date seasoning, the sauce was a spicy special sauce with some cactus and prickly pear jelly, and the devil strips were dredged in mesquite&flour
