I feel like the even easier answer is "Kids' sports is not a public policy issue for a U.S. senator"
Chris Kluwe@chriswarcraft.bsky.social · 2d agoThere’s such an easy answer to this “gotcha” question and it’s “Sports are inherently unsafe and unfair and it’s ridiculous to single out trans athletes when we allow 150 pound linebackers to go up against 260 pound linemen in freshman football on a daily basis. Let kids play with their friends.”

Why are we borrowing over $11 million from Blue Cross at 6% interest when we have over a billion in the rainy day fund? They don’t even know if that’s the shortfall yet. And now they’re threatening districts after they deceived them by withholding the info until after new contracts were signed.

Last time, SCOTUS said the matter wasn’t ripe, but now the Postal Service has issued its rule that is clearly out of its constitutional lane. Elections are to be run by states and Congress. Not executive branch. Let’s go John Roberts. This call is a strike right down the middle.
