hey @happyview.dev i'm sorry to break it to you, but there's a new fastest appview in town... indexing all `community.lexicon.calendar.event` and `community.lexicon.calendar.rsvp` records a whooping 3.4% faster (and with 13 records more)

contrail and happyview benchmark comparison

Contrail SQLite 10×3: 43.92s, all 20,882 records
HappyView SQLite 10×3: 45.47s, 20,869 recordslucky luke is faster than his shadow, like contrail is faster than its shadow (happyview) too

Hey #atproto community, do you know of an application that uses the "community.lexicon.calendar" lexicon schemas? I'm updating my list of apps, tools, and libraries that reference it. Reply to this thread with any relevant mentions or links please! Please share and repost this to get the word out.

fun js ```js 0.1 + 0.2 // 0.30000000000000004 NaN === NaN // false typeof null // "object" [] == ![] // true "5" + 3 // "53" ```

getting a bsky app to work with granular permissions is a lot of trial and error - `app.bsky.authFullApp` doesnt include chat and cant be set to `aud=*` - `chat.bsky.authFullChatClient` in the scope builder has the wrong `aud` - video upload doesnt work (part of `app.bsky.authFullApp` but wrong aud)

I honestly don’t get the current standard.site embed, the subscribe button just goes to the publication instead of subscribing, seems like a “read article” button (that opens the article) would make way more sense (or a subscribe button that actually subscribes me ^^)

you can now import events from somewhere else into atmo.rsvp, should work for most of the existing event platforms, will auto-fill the data and optionally allow you to let people only rsvp on the original site or on there and on atmo.rsvp
