come join us tomorrow on the live stream where we'll be chatting to Oliver about porffor! 🎉
Summer break is over: The @e18e.dev & friends show is coming back next week 🎉 And we got nobody else than the one and only @honk.foo talking about Porforr and how a future for natively compiled JavaScript could look like! Swing by at 7pm CEST / 1pm EDT on August 4th 👌 youtube.com/live/L8Edgas...
Speaking of too much data to know what to do with - I also did a thing! Lots to do still, but I'm terrible at remembering to post about stuffs so here we go Get some plc directory stats down yous, and hopefully other stuff in the future (patches welcome) atmo-stats.willow.sh/plc
plc ~ atmo-stats
atmo-stats.willow.sh
a bit embarrassing, but hopefully helpful to someone
What other way to start the day but joy and cringing at watching myself speak. @patak.cat and my talk is up now!! 🧵 www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqdJ...

So much effort goes into keeping price down, especially considering Swiss prices for catering and co. But we're non profit, so we have no salaries to pay🙃 Best thing that can happen is to have you join and have a great time🫶
We’d love to invite everyone. 💛 But community conferences still have bills to pay, and we’re doing our best to keep tickets as affordable as possible. Standard pricing ends in a few days. Grab your ticket before Late Bird pricing starts: conf.zurichjs.com
this year i've carved a big chunk of my time out to officially work on OSS. if you like what I do, or use the things I work on, sponsorships go a long way. these help me keep the balance I have, and allow me to dedicate a lot more time to open source. thank you to those who already sponsor me 💙

We’re excited to welcome @philippeserhal.com to ZurichJS Conf! Philippe has followed a fascinating path through tech. Today at @netlify.com, he helps build the infrastructure behind frameworks and contributes to OSS projects like @npmx.dev, always driven by a desire to understand how things work.
PDS MOOver worked amazingly as always, was pleasantly surprised to see it could even handle being left overnight on the PLC signing screen and was durable to me refreshing the page Now onto mirroring our event backlog onto atproto 🫡

I just had to give up and do something else because GitHub is often unusable on a train, meanwhile @tangled.org and Forgejo are just instant like... 😭
I love that these noodles are a regular reminder that npmx is in the community's hands. @felixs.dev sent a mock of this idea a few days ago, @graphieros.npmx.social nudged them to animate it, and @jviide.iki.fi went full interactive the next day. We can reclaim our tools; we can make them ours.

Since experimenting with module federation at @sanity.io , we've teamed up with the core maintainers, @gioboa.bsky.social and with the help of the @e18e.dev tooling managed to cut the Module Federation Vite plugin's dependency footprint from 72 → 18. 🎉
