Dans ce contexte, la profonde évolution des conditions économiques de l'industrie du jeu vidéo et de son financement, conjuguée à la dégradation des principaux indicateurs économiques de DON'T NOD, affecte significativement sa compétitivité. La Société estime, en conséquence, nécessaire de faire évoluer son modèle opérationnel.

Dans cette perspective, DON'T NOD recentre son activité en France autour d'une ligne de production unique qui inclut les compétences nécessaires pour initier de nouveaux projets avant l'achèvement de la production en cours. Ce projet d'organisation devrait permettre de maintenir un pipeline continu de projets et de soutenir le développement de l'activité à long terme.

Il vise à renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle du Groupe en permettant une allocation plus efficiente des ressources, une clarification des responsabilités et une concentration accrue des expertises sur les projets prioritaires.

Dans ce cadre, le projet de transformation actuellement envisagé pourrait conduire à un ajustement des effectifs en France pouvant concerner jusqu'à une suppression de 90 postes.

L'initiation de ce projet a été validée ce jour par le Conseil d'administration et les premières réunions préalables à la mise en œuvre éventuelle d'un plan de sauvegarde de l'emploi se sont tenues avec les Instances Représentatives du Personnel, c'est-à-dire le Comité Social et Economique et sa Commission Santé Sécurité Conditions de Travail. Parallèlement, la Direction a ouvert des négociations avec l'organisation syndicale représentative au sein de la Société.
