I forgot just how much moving destroys you. Moving in 100°+ temps is just insane. Damn that 18 month lease a few years back that ended in the Texas Summer. My health is already dodgy, I easily get heat exhaustion, and, yeah, I've basically been laid out the past two days.

We’re set to move on the 25th. We’re unable to move ourselves & movers will cost $800+, also need help w/ Pet Deposit of $500 for Ben. Any help/shares are appreciated💕

Tomorrow is going to be a nightmare. Movers are coming between 12:30 and 2:30. I don't even know if I need to call it off. I can't move twice if we get into the uninhabitable new place and then we're just stuck. I'd rather stay here where I know I have AC, hot water, a fridge. FML

Thankfully, we're still able to be in our old place until 7/31. New place has has nearly 2 months to prepare for our move in. It was empty when we were shown it.

Moving weekend Day 2. Rented a dolly so we can move a bunch of our physical media ourselves to save time with the movers on Monday. Set up fans in the new place. Set up Internet just now. Gonna do a few more trips today to get all the media out of the living room. Moving movie posters/fragile, too.

ATX friends OLD NAVY clearance sale right now. ANY item marked FINAL PRICE is $2.97. My co-worker bought $500 with of clothes for $79.00 Mostly only women's and children's. Some men's. At least at Mueller location.
Picking up the keys to the new apartment in about 30 minutes. Ready for a fresh start. Been cleaning out my make-up shelf today. If you've ever asked yourself if someone can have too much eye shadow, the answer is probably yes.

Actual moving day is now on Monday after movers availability. They have been booked. Still looking for help with Ben's pet deposit. Anything helps! Shares are welcome!
