When I was a child, I was always very worried about my father working in London, due to the risk of IRA bombs. This is despite the fact I always thought Ireland should a united country and that my country (the UK) had done terrible things - as does he! I feel there’s something in that.
Bit annoyed that possibly we’re all fucked because some Americans couldn’t bring themselves to vote for a black woman. Just shows that the western world has had a pretty sweet life for the past 80 odd years I guess.

Thinking about all the news re Nigel Farage being racist at school. I don’t think many of us are surprised. I don’t think I’ve changed my own basic principles much since being at school. You may change the detail or the label you put on your views, but most people’s core principles stay the same.
The two child cap is something that should never have existed in the first place. My criticism of the Labour govt is that they didn’t remove it immediately, not that they’ve finally done so now. No child asks to be born.
If you need proof that when Reform UK politicians wave the 🇬🇧Union Flag🇬🇧, it's not patriotism, it's just manipulation. The Reform Party leader, waving the Union Jack in this photo was literally a Russian Spy.
They are aware that Russians quite literally wrote the capitulation document that some people in the White House and sadly many people in the media refer to as a peace plan.

My attendance record in the European Parliament was the 4th worst out of 751 MEPs, yet I managed to turn up to vote AGAINST plans to tackle Russian misinformation. Thankfully this is of no interest to the media.
