Poor air quality affects everyone, but some people are more sensitive to it than others, including people with heart or lung conditions, older adults, pregnant New Yorkers, and infants and children.

Lévesque was also pretty firm on the fact that he wanted to remain close partners with the rest of Canada, and he was also interested in the linguistic rights of Inuit communities, not just his own people. Very different from the reactionary bitterness of the Alberta separatist movement.
