Anyone got a puncture repair kit? - I started my first dose of Ozempic today. It was absolutely nothing to worry about even though needles scare me. Being diabetic and previously having good results weight loss wise (124kg to 117kg) with Metformin, it should hopefully work well. Paws crossed.

Just thinking about this again. I know it sounds silly or dumb, but really do this. Say or do some call/response that's etched into both of your brains, but isn't public internet knowledge. AI's gonna be able to store so much info about everyone. But not stuff that hasn't reached online.

Got a call/response in-joke? Say one half! If they don't respond normally, something's up
Just a piece of wisdom from me, take this however you like. Sometimes, people make terrible mistakes, end up ruining friendships only doing what they genuinely thought was best and can't see what's going on. They don't realise until much later when it has inflicted worse damage. (1/3)

I'm not pleased about Labour at the mo, but I'm fairly pleased Andy Burnham has got in to No. 10, he's done superb work for my home city and region and fixed some terrible issues around inequality and funding. Hopefully the rest of the country can notice the uplift and rebalance of power incoming.
