PSA: if you need X11() in #Rstats on macOS Tahoe, then update to Tahoe 26.5, delete xquartz if you installed it with brew, and install the latest beta from github.com/XQuartz/XQua... You might also need launchctl unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.startx.plist and logging out and back in.
