Before she passed a few years ago, my grandma would always be on the phone. That was her pastime, talking with her generation in the family. And I was always confused about what she talked about, b/c she wasn't off the phone long enough to, like, gather info in the world so she could talk about it.

Concede for the sake of the argument that the aim of philosophy (and cognate fields) is about finding out more truths. That should be people extra-weary of using AI in research. Recently my partner used Clause for help planning a day in Seoul.

Ever since Jimmy Buffett died, I've changed my mind on the song "Margaritaville". It's not really about the joys of the beach life...but that Jimmy Buffett only has the beach life to drive any meaning from his life Listen to it again. It's more sad and interesting than you remember

your apartment, the sport of basketball, and the Republic of Korea are all social constructs. mere recognition of this fact does not actually make the question of whether you are standing in your own apartment, playing basketball, or a Korean national up in the air until settled by op ed editors

Catching up on the Alex Rider stuff. This is gonna sound stupid, so bear with me. If I'm charitable. I feel like, in romantic relationship ethics, questions that aren't about consent and power imbalances are like Schrodinger's questions. Not in the either/or sense, but "it matters being observed."
