I don’t do a lot of amigurumi crochet. Every so often I try a pattern. This was a YouTube tutorial and I modified the pattern to give the octopus longer tentacles. #crochet

More market prep. I thrifted these lipstick/vanity organizers and have slowly been filling them with my lip balm holders. I include a lip balm with them too. They’re my top sellers at any market.

In an attempt to crochet more jewelry, I’ve been thrifting beads and jewelry making parts. This is the first piece of jewelry I think looks good. Used crochet thread and 1.5mm hook to make this cat. #crochet

I have a market in Aug. and Sept. Sept. is also start of school so I won’t have as much time to prep. I’m trying to crochet as much as possible now. I made 15 lip balm holders and 5 bag charms this evening. #crochet

Today was an excellent thrift day. No, didn’t find any board games, but I did find an extremely high end pair of sandals. Check out my new Finn Comfort Sausalito sandals. They typically retail at $310 and I paid $8. Time to clean and restore the leather. #thrifting

Decided I really wanted to crochet a ponytail/messy bun hat. All I can say is I’m glad I got that out of my system. This was not enjoyable to make. There is nothing wrong with pattern or tutorial. I just found the whole process tedious. #crochet
