It's weird that there's so much "we need more MODERATE democrats" articles etc and so few "we need more MODERATE repbulicans" when it's pretty clear that the 45% of the country who votes for Republicans will never vote for any Dem but there's a pretty huge slice of Democrats who'd vote for the GOP
First time at SDCC, very fun very cool, brought my 8y/o kid to make it Hard Mode but we both had a great time. Got to see lots of old friends and a few new ones, and obviously snagged the Star Wars pins.
They said the Knicks couldn’t win. They did. They said NYC trash couldn’t go in containers. It did. They said you couldn’t create a way to JFK that wasn’t a huge pain in the ass. And they did get us on that one.
Someone the other days was making the case that a Jedi / lightsaber was an essential part of making a story seem Star Wars, and that is so dependent on when you were introduced to it, because expanded storytelling from ‘77-‘98 didn’t do it that often.
After two days and three flights, the final thing that stands between me and SDCC is this gigantic freight train.
Every courtroom scene you could compare this to was written by a WGA writer.
