True translation nightmare. The shifting personal pronoun is the key part of the scene, the very thing that gives it meaning. No such quick gender shorthand in English, though, and not enough space in the balloons to add some kind of explanatory gloss.

Nearly every mobile game I’ve ever worked on is gone, “sunsetted” rather than made playable on current OSes. Their titles mean nothing to recruiters and hiring managers, let alone players. Even if players remember them fondly, they couldn’t play them anymore if they wanted to.
