I maintain any group chat on Bluesky could write a functional Blade movie within one month that could be filmed and put out into theaters. Many would dissolve into chaos and a mad drive to dominate the discussions of Blade, many would be kicked out in disgrace, but in the end there would be a film.

So this isn't a change to the rules, just invoking an existing rule. 3.4.3 has been invoked about 25 times in the past. Even led to a Hugo Award win for the Cambridge Companion to Science Fiction by Edward James and @effjayem.bsky.social.
I don’t know if the rules should be changed or not for it but it’s a great and important story.
