Saw Your Name in theaters for one of the 10th anniversary showings! So glad i got to see the gorgeous kuchikamizake trip scene on the big screen, it's one of my favorite pieces of animation 🌠🪢
I think you can nest this under a larger culture of not really thinking about where anything comes from or what went into getting it to you, whether it's food, clothing, or other goods. So much labor is made invisible and we are encouraged to consume and then discard so quickly.
