Demand Justice for Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez. On September 20, ICE agents in north Austin shot Wilber in his car in a vicious mid-day attack while he was delivering for DoorDash. ICE agent rammed his car and shot him in the back then took him to the hospital and later took him in custody. WTF.
