Well, it was fun while it lasted. I’m going to have to retire this plugin as PyMOL stopped bundling the browser engine. It was so easy adding glycans to random proteins with the GUI, but alas, no more.
If anyone is keen on testing the reglycosylation plugin for PyMOL, please get in touch! There’s a few rough edges I’d like to iron out, and would appreciate feedback.
Who would have thought you could use so many tokens getting Claude to do the hard work to ingest GEO datasets. The scRNA-seq world is wild.
I love this concept so much. Haven’t checked out the architecture, but I bet its a bunch of wasm running this. I notice that Claude is on the contributors on github. The tool has really been transformational in making wasm available to me personally, as it generated standard tooling.
