So let's get smarter zoning to allow 1000s of new homes quickly. We even get 1000+ in some buildings! 1 building can have 3x the effect of forcing STR owners to sell.

Gorgeous day to ride to Destination Cyclery in Dexter, Michigan for some help with my bike. Highlights included watching a deer cross the river and a delightful brunch at Joe and Rosie's. Grateful for allergy meds, good trails, and a flexible work schedule.

On this morning's commute, I saw so many people riding bikes for transportation, not recreation. They were all using the bike lanes. Bike parking was busy. This week, local Facebook groups are having a meltdown about bike infrastructure. They say nobody uses it. Get outside, people! #A2Council
