I was home from internship, in my final year of seminary. I was delivering the StarTribune & somewhere I’ve got a copy of that day’s edition. Such a loss. Wellstone was beloved in MN - a fighter who could have done so much more nationally had he lived longer.

I visited the Obama Center a few weeks ago. The contrast between his oratory and the rambling word vomitus of the last ten years by the Current Occupant™️ is astonishingly painful. We’ve literally gone from the pinnacle of oratory to the deepest subbasement of political speech.
