Y'all are still buying new consoles and also big budget games for those consoles? In this economy? Just pirate games for pc. Or if you really want a console: You can get a hackable PS4 for cheap on ebay. Or a hackable Switch or a hackable PS3. You'll have more games than you can ever play.

I will not accept an argument that art and creativity have been uniquely democratised in the last few years since the invention of genAI. What a disservice to human history. How little regard you must have for the billions of souls that struggled through unimaginable suffering to express themselves.

Generative AI (be it images, text, voice, music, anything) is a monstrous tool that causes incredible environmental destruction, robs real people of water, clean air, and jobs, and takes advantage of the creativity and works of artists. It is vile and rotten down to its core. (5/7)
