Golf games can produce mind-boggling effects. Before Outlaw Golf, there was Links EXTREME (1999). X-TREME. Yelled wearing a baseball cap on backwards and riding shotgun in a souped up low-riding golf cart.

I played some Hole In One Professional last night and it’s really impressive. The whole course scrolls from one hole to the next, no cutting away, the sprite details are lovely, it has trackball support and a level editor. Programmed by none other than Satoru Iwata.
