I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. This is very much a real thing; even if a bunch of media outlets reported it quite sloppily and some of the numbers ended up needlessly overstated. If this was a normal industry it'd just be a fixable planning consideration. But tech is panic-building thousands so it's something bigger
