Hey. Sorry for the relative silence. I'm (Eden) going through some stuff. We'll be back soon with more content. In the meantime, if you could share some posts and get more people to follow us, that would be swell :) Still at a fraction of followers from twitter. Stay safe, hug your loved ones.

New mailman has a bolt thrower cap, I've previously told him it's awesome now every day when I see him I look out the window like a puppy hoping we have mail so I can talk to him again. We don't get mail, so I think I'll have to sign up to some junk mail. Trying to make friends when autistic eh. 🤓

Heartbreaking to read that James of Gost has passed. His music left it's mark. I remember catching them supporting Perturbator in Manchester 10 Years ago and he was so surprised and happy to see people enjoying his set and going for Gost merch too.

You didn’t “hold it together.” You swallowed the meltdown and redirected it inward. Instead of screaming - you froze. Instead of hitting a wall - you hit yourself with thoughts. Instead of leaving - you stayed and disappeared. You never called it what it was. A meltdown. Invisible to others

Not all autistic meltdowns are visible. Some of them look like smiling, nodding, “I’m fine.” All while your body is on fire. Internalised meltdowns don’t disappear. They get redirected - into dissociation. Into self-blame. And because no one sees them, no one believes how much they cost.
