Yesterday I started brushing up on my French using Duolingo. I failed one of the 'tests' because I couldn't finish the sentence in the way that Duolingo wanted me to. Apparently the correct sentence (in French) should have been "my cat only speaks Japanese".

If the answer is yes, please take a minute to sign our letter to the Welsh government, telling it not to make the same mistake as in England. Right now Wales is considering a cull, so we need to make our voices heard.

The view from Malig today above Saas-fee. #switzerland #suisse #alps #mountains
My last day's walking in Switzerland today, as I head back to the UK tomorrow while Sharon Kennedy stays here another week for her IML. We decided to head up the Hannig gondola above Saas-fee and walk up Mallig, and what a fine decision that turned out to be! #switzerland #suisse #alps #mountains
A quick look in at Feechi this morning on our walk into Saas-grund. #switzerland #suisse #alps #mountains #saastal
There are sooo many zigzags on the direct route up through the wonderful forests of Furwald from Saas-grund. But it was worth every steep step for the magnificent vista across the valley to the peaks of Mischabel. #switzerland #suisse #alps #mountains #saastal
A fine day taking the climber's traverse from Hohsaas into the Lagginhorngletscher. Once on what remains of the glacier we took the boulders down to a rocky spur for a bit of ropework practice, then downhill to Kreuzboden via the Weissmeishutte. A great day in high alpine terrain.
A little look around at the Mattmark reservoir today. #switzerland #suisse #valais #saastal #mountains #alps
