A robot killing us all is tomorrow's bridge to cross if we ever get there. Billionaires poisoning information, education, entertainment, and our environment with slop is the most immediate threat.
I hate talking about AI every day but I recognize the active danger it represents to nature and the human inspiration that has made my life worthwhile. I cannot overlook the end goal the obscenely wealthy have always had for this tech: to squeeze the rest of us even further out of a modest living.
i worry that men think being A Good Guy is dramatically and heroically intervening on behalf of an endangered woman and then being publicly rewarded on a grand scale when actually being A Good Guy is just usually saying, “hey man that’s not funny” or “wow that’s fucked up” and there is no reward
