I actually really like Burnham’s use of “I’m not having that”, but he needs to give it a rest for a couple of weeks otherwise it’s going to end up being a useful phrase he’s forced to consign to the bin permanently

I see the CPS' bullshit has reached the Times. As per Hannah, the headline is eye catching, the reality very different. The Tories tried get a pay to stay scheme off the ground in the 2010s - it failed miserably. Fundamentally, the merits are dubious, the benefits doubtful.
