Coastal Carolina, who dubbed You're Under Arrest, did not have their actors perform together. They mention doing it for one scene in their Oh My Goddess commentary track, and you can see their booth setups in the YUA behind the scenes. Their extreme dedication was actually a factor in their closure.

"I've always considered Coastal a specialty house because we put over 40% of our income back into production (lots of re-do's to make it sound like the actors were in the same room, an average of 12 hours of mixing per 22 min., extensive attention to detail, etc.)," explained Houle. "Coastal has never made a profit in Anime, but we kept a lot of happy actors busy and woke up every day feeling like we were producing real quality."

If you're wondering why this isn't possible anymore, it's because they no longer record anime in the same room, & release schedules have become so tight nobody can take the time to relax. It went from people doing multiple takes over a few months, to a week or even a few days.

The MediaOCD store now has gift cards! If you don't know what to get someone, get them the gift of choosing the Blu-rays they want! With a selection of unique card designs that will speak to their soul. Or confuse them a bit. Either one is good. mediaocd.com/product/gift...

And yes, I love Ironmouse. She was one of the Vtubers I watched before becoming one myself. She is one of the kindest people I've come across online, and she doesn't deserve the hate. If we chose kindness more often, the world would be a better place for all of us. 💜

Hating people on the internet has become way too easy. People don't always stop to think about how their words might affect the person they're aimed at, or the people around them. If you turn personal dislike into harassment, that's when it stops being "just an opinion."

You don't have to like someone's music, voice, content, etc. and that's completely fine. Spreading constant negativity, hate, rumors, and baseless claims is not. It feels like Ironmouse hate has become a trend. I've seen people, even Vtubers, boost themselves by joining in.
