heather 🍋 saskatoon sick&disabled (me/cfs) gay trans woman she 31 - - - i'm a former "essential worker" dealing with long covid caught in 2020. if you feel like helping a broke bitch, https://paypal.me/gaaaaay

the thing is, it's not about the sports at all. zero trans women could be wanting to play soccer and they'd still be persuing this, because "no trans women in sports" is just a socially-acceptable pretext to trans extermination

It’s important to understand that when 1.2 million Americans are dying from a disease, any government action is excessive and tyrannical, but if a dozen trans women want to play soccer no government action can go far enough

forcing myself to not respond to the person who quote-tweeted this to say i'm discounting poor and marginalized people who need to use AI as a free research tool. does it matter if the research tool is free if it's also often completely inaccurate? how is that benefiting the poor & marginalized?

it's actually sad as hell to use AI for research when research is the fun part. you can just email people and call them on the phone and ask them questions about the thing that they have expertise in. you can read documents & learn cool shit. ok now i'm just talking about how being a reporter is fun

one of my nightmare disability situations happened, which is a bunch of people made plans in a group chat that i was in and i couldn't join them because i was literally asleep all day & didn't know it was happening
