This is Loki, our Maine Coon and the cat of our hearts, and he went missing today. We have no idea how he got out, but he’s an elder, indoor cat, the whole region’s in an intense heat wave, and we’re really scared. I doubt I have any followers here in Martinez, CA, but if so, help? It’s SO hot

Two fingers, with six rings loosely placed on them. The rings are all sterling silver, and look like: a round garnet set within a heart shaped frame, a round piece of amber surrounded by filigree, a flower with a tiny opal in the center, a black opal oval, a greenish yellow oval opal, and a bypass ring with a silver leaf and trillion peridot

I've heard first hand that it's confirmed baristas are having breathing issues and headaches from being exposed to this new Starbucks blending powder. there are no news articles but this powder has silica in it and becomes airborne when used for drinks. Baristas aren't allowed to mask on shift.

Breathing in silica powder can be dangerous. Starbucks needs to address this if partners are starting to feel side-effects.

Baby man has recently had an inhaler added to his daily med routine. He is being the very goodest boy about its, but communicating his displeasure via what I’ve started calling his squanch face.

It's easy to forget that the current anti-trans moral panic, for instance, is only four or five years old. That doesn't mean it's not ruining real people's lives and it won't take a while to fix, but it's completely artificial and brand new because, ironically enough, it's not natural.
