#RobertTownsendAndHisPartnersInCrime: Townsend's first HBO special is a fantastic variety show, with music (led by musical director Patrice Rushen!), pre-recorded bits, and of course, standup. Townsend's one-man/all-Black JULIUS CAESAR and Don Reed's tribute to kung fu movies are the highlights.

#TheLongWalk: Not good. Final two walkers are a safe guess early, making remaining 90% of the film a monotonous exercise of watching what ends everyone else. Ray's backstory (GENEROUS term) gives him half an extra dimension. Everyone else as flat+disposable as paper. The Major is terribly crafted.

#SecretsOfTheBermudaTriangle: This 90min "documentary" consists mostly of dramatizations of alleged events. It's like watching a dull text book be re-enacted. The film's other issue, though not its fault, is its age. Podcasters, YouTubers, other modern-day storytellers can do more with less today.
