My pregnant daughter is having extensive scans because of her brother’s multiple birth defects. I think I am struggling emotionally more than my daughter. A new set of results today are only flagged and followed up on because of family history. It’s hard not to be paralysed with fear. /1

Today I went to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (along with 100,000 other people) with a person in a wheelchair. We caught the train to and from the ground. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of accessibility and awareness from all staff at the ground and on public transport. Let's keep this up.
